Easy to order my new battery for my POC. My original battery is still good, but I got the 2nd battery as a backup. Shipping was fast. Only minor complaint is the price of these batteries, but they are lithiums, so are more expensive.

My salesman, Coltin, was great! He got my order shipped out the same day. I was able to get my concentrator at a better price and financing at a lower interest rate than another company that I had ordered from originally, which I subsequently cancelled.
