Meri Fitsum was my representative and…
Meri Fitsum was my representative and she was very kind and attentive when helping me choose an oxygen concentrator. After at least six phone calls back and forth once we decided on a unit she got it expedited and out the dock in 24 hours. I asked what supplies were needed to go with a cpap machine and she knew what to send Now we have set it up and just beginning to use it

The patient unexpectedly passed away…
The patient unexpectedly passed away before we were able to use the concentrator. The service team was wonderful throughout this journey even through the holidays.
