My doctor helped me pick the system I…
My doctor helped me pick the system I am using. I told her I was interested in the Inogen system so she researched on line and found your company. As a user I am very happy with the system, I jus wish there was someway to lighten the portable unit. I am a frail 81 and it is quite heavy. I walk with a cane, so pulling a unit was not an option and I still wanted to have mobility. Breathing wise I am more comfortable.

Scamming the elderly
We purchased an oxygen concentrator for my mother who was going to be visiting us in a few months. Within 2 weeks of her arriving and using the machine the yellow 02 light came on. We called after hours on-call a few times never to get a call back. We called back in the morning only to be told we needed to buy another $750 machine and there was nothing they could do. They stated the machines are damaged all the time during shipping and since we purchased it in advance of my mothers trip we were just to be out the money. I think they are scammers taking advantage of elderly people who are desperate for their oxygen. Its shameful.

Salesman was great
Salesman was great. Concentrator quit working the second time she used it, but seems to be working good now.
