From the beginning, the sales associate help me and guide me through out the whole process, once I received the machine I contacted the support team and they were very helpful, always nice and polite, every single person that I talk to very respectful, knowledgeable and kind. Thank you very much!!

Felt rushed. Found a better price and couldn't get a response. Update: Aaron Searls took care of me. Good company to do business with. Stands by their policy. So far like my machine.

What a great experience!
What a great experience we had working with Nick!!! He was informative, friendly, knowledgable, not pushy, on top of things and much more!!! Buying an oxygenator isn’t something you experience often and he made it happen seamlessly! Thank you so much!!!
