I bought my first concentrator 2 years…
I bought my first concentrator 2 years ago. That purchase and follow up customer service was perfect. This time was exactly the same. Wonderful service, friendly sales staff and customer service support was great!!

Great customer service
Great customer service. The product they shipped me did not work, but the great customer service they showed me, and their hassle-free return policy made the fact that it did not work a none issue for me. Their care and concern made it easy for me to take into consideration that the device was new in a box and came defective from the manufacturer.
