I really, really like this company and the person I deal with when I place orders. Unfortunately with my recent order UPS was really bad service. Kept changing delivery day, and time. Delivery was late, and it was delivered to a bizarre location adjacent to my home. UPS has delivered to my home many times in past, so, I do not understand why the wacky service. Was a medical item; fortunately not a dire emergency

I was trying to find a reasonable priced portable concentrator for my mother and contacted Oxygen Concentrator Store. Carlo Riley contacted me and was so nice and extremely helpful. He went thru the entire process of obtaining a machine and explained everything that needed to be done. If I had any questions and called him he was quick to explain everything. Carlo and anyone else I talked to were the best. I am so glad I am with this company, when they say they will take care of you they really mean it. Thank you so much Carlo and Oxygen Concentrator Store. You are the best and my mother loves her machine and can finally get out in the world again.
