Very Satisfied Customer!
Purchased Caire Freestyle Comfort poc, case, cannulas, 3- 8 cell batteries & aux charger thru Colton Smith. Prompt responses, excellent service & went above & beyond to answer all my questions & fit my needs for home, rv & travel. Pulmonary fibrosis. Was manager of telemarketing customer service for major corp. Do not hesitate. This company the real deal! Like others, should have gotten sooner. Fast ship. Changed my life already!

My concentrator is only five months old and all ready in for repair. I was told it won’t be back for three to six weeks. Poor service if you ask me, what does a customer do?
Response from Oxygen Concentrator StoreMay 14, 2024
We're very sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your concentrator, Mr. Bennett. It's certainly not the standard we aim to provide. While your unit is being repaired, we often recommend having a backup source of oxygen for such situations. Your health and satisfaction are very important to us, and we appreciate your patience during this process. Your feedback is shared with the customer service team and someone from our service team will contact you to provide an update on the repairs.
