Drew was amazing and honest
Drew was amazing and honest. The battery is the best ! I've been traveling on the road moving out of state. I've been able to count on my concentrator to work without any problems. The battery has been a life saver. I haven't had any worries!

Cairefree Style is awesome and so is this company!
Debbie M was the most helpful that I could have asked for! She was fabulous. When I received my POC, the strap was not in the package and she immediately had one sent to me. I am disappointed that it is still heavy to me, but I guess it's the nature of the beast. It has worked very well for me and I love that I can plug it into my car to keep the battery going. I did order the backpack but soon found out that that wasn't going to work for me. I only go from my house to the car and I have to take it off to get in the car. If I'm running errands, it's difficult to put it on and off.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Ms. Reedy. We're delighted to hear that Debbie provided you with excellent service and quickly resolved the issue with the missing strap. We understand the weight of the POC can be challenging, but we're glad it's working well for you and meeting your needs in other ways. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
