Sales person was knowledgeable and professional as well as very courteous when answering all of my questions and completing my purchase. I also thought I was getting a good price at $!,645.00. However, Inogen was able to give me a lower price of $1,403.00. Unfortunately, they were very slow when providing the lower price. I received Inogen's quote several days after ordering and receiving my unit from the Oxygen Concentrator Store.

I was amazed at how smooth everything went. Ian was knowledgeable, personable, and patient. The Inogen 5 was in our hands in three days and is just as good as advertised!

They were very prompt and helpful to replace a defective DC car adapter, however the replacement didn't work either. I am mostly dissatisfied that I was not informed that the shipping cost was $15 and then I had to pay $10 to return the defective item. So I was out $25 for a defective product that I couldn't use. I most likely would not have purchased if I was informed that there was a standard $15 shipping charge for an item that weighed less than a pound.

The representative with whom I worked tried very hard to get the concentrator to me in a timely manner. Something about their email system would not receive the attachment of the prescription when it came from me. It was frustrating but worked out in the end, just in the nick of time.
