This is the 2nd oxygen concentrator we have ordered. They work well, but need to be ventilated BEFORE use due to oily spray that spews out. Since we had to ventilate 1st concentrator ourselves (after speaking to technician) We were told, by the technician, concentrator could be easily vented out, before being shipped to us, allowing us to use it immediately. Now upon ordering 2nd condenser, I repeatedly reminded salesman it needed to be vented before shipping. It was NOT! So now we, again, are having to vent out the oily spray for several days, before we dare use it with my Mom to prevent any irritation to her lungs! 🫤
