Just exactly what we needed. Lightweight & great it can be run off your power to keep it charged up. Very pleased we bought this model!!!
We were in need of a quality portable oxygen concentrator. This one is great! Long lasting and very portable and not very heavy at all. Like that you can run it off of car power to keep it charged up. Very happy I choose this model for my portable use!

The agent
The agent, Carlo Riley, I dealt with went above and beyond to help get the documentation needed to purchase the Inogen. He also provided me with other information to ensure my mother in law could easily adjust to the new machine. Lastly the machine the Inogen one G5 is really nice and easy to use.

The expert service and help I received when I called the company.
I have good things to say about the service. I have 2 concerns: I am the patient Jane Miller Doszpoly and yet you keep sending it to my Nurse friend as if she has the account. Please adjust this. Lastly: the delivery date was messed up by FedEx. I know you have no control over this but I wanted to let you know.

My representative, Mark, was very respectful; straight forward; considerate of my individyal needs; informative: helped with acquiring my physcian's Rx necessary for completion of purchase; and was very understandable on the phone as he had no accent when speaking. Doing business with Inogen was a plesant experince.
