Excellent all around. I would have given 5 stars, but had to call to find out what was actually found wrong and how my concentrator was repaired. Turn around time on repair was speedy.

Excellent service and excellent prices
I called and spoke to Carlo about buying a portable oxygen concentrator for my brother. He was extremely helpful, and I felt like I got a very good deal. He sent it by overnight delivery because we needed it immediately and it arrived as promised. No problems with the machine. Overall, a great experience. Thank you.

I had a Concentrator issued by the VA, what a piece of junk. The Imogene 5 runs for over 6 hour on setting 3. Absolutely worth the money. Thank you.
