The representative that spoke to me on phone & communicated with me for more then 4 Months faithfully answered all my questions & was always checking up on me through emails and answering all my questions. He knows that I had many questions and all my questions were answered thru emails and he was so nice, friendly & patient. I was finally committed to purchase & thank him for being there for me regarding oxygen therapy and I got my POC & it’s just right for me. Thanks 🙏Nick

Do it right!

I love the service I got from OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR STORE
I had had a negative experience with a company from CALIF...?? regarding a large overnight concentrator and a portable. As I weigh under 100 lbs, I wanted a portable that would be comfortable for me to carry around. The West Coast company was not helpful with options, so I went online and looked up Inogen - the small portable unit. I started with a CHAT... and then PJ offered the opportunity to visit on the phone. What a wonderful experience! All my questions were asked and answered. I knew what I wanted and the unit was ordered. -- Labor Day Week..
