This company is outstanding in their sales and customer service. Cami was helpful and very pleasant to work with. I had done much research before deciding what portable unit I needed, but had some questions which she answered. I received the well packaged unit within 24 hours. When I had a problem with the cart, OCS immediately resolved the problem. I highly recommend the company.

I ordered a cart for my Rove 6 concentrator and it sits so low in the cart that it can’t be plugged in.

My daughter Heather talked to John on the phone. She was very impressed with his kindness and great customer service. Arrangements were made and I Heather's Mom picked up the oxygen concentrator. John was so helpful and explained how the machine works and answered a few questions I had. The concentrator is smaller and much quieter than the one I had. We are very impressed with your service And any future needs or concerns we will be contacting you.
