What made the difference in my buying from your company was Luke. This was my first experience buying and oxygen concentrator. I initially bought one from someone else. However, Luke followed up even after I advised him I had and he explained to me why that was not a good product. I did some more research, and he was right, Thank the Lord for his follow up!!
