Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the quality of the item and experienced shrinkage after washing. Most of our garments are made from 100% cotton yarn, and they were undergo a heat-setting process after sewing to help minimize shrinkage during normal use. Under the recommended care instructions, they should not shrink significantly. However, exposure to high washing temperatures, high-heat ironing, or tumble drying may cause the fabric to shrink. For the best care, we recommend hand washing in water below 30°C (86°F) for the first wash. Alternatively, you may use a gentle machine wash with a laundry bag. We also recommend laying the garment flat to dry and avoiding high-temperature drying. Best regards, Oxknit Customer Service Team
