Like most of the products but they charge for over seas shipping to return so it wasn’t worth it to me. Took a long time to get my orders and if something doesn’t fit, it too much of pain to return. 😑 Sizing chart is tricky as I ordered one sweater that was men’s, so I went one size down and it barely fit. I do really like their designs and products. I get a lot of compliments when I wear these shirts. Over all happy but make sure you pay attention to the sizing

The colour is lighter than expected. I ordered a large based on the size chart and find I could have ordered a small. I'm so disappointed and they make the customer pay for return shipping for size issues. I don't think this is fair if the sweater is manufactured too large to being with.

I have ordered several things from Oxknit and had no problems but on two occasions the shirts I ordered were out of stock and no one reached out to me about it. When I reached out through an AI chat bot, they offer me an exchange instead of my money back. Which makes my good experiences be overshadowed by my bad experiences.

Shipper ruins the experience. I love the clothes, but holy moly, the shipping situation is AWFUL. It takes a MONTH for things to arrive. IF they arrive. There's no real way to track. No one will actually respond to tell you when it will be here. What the heck y'all? I love the clothes but won't be ordering again. The shipping situation is too stressful to be worth it.

Great designs, but the sleeves are very short and shipping takes forever to get to your home. It's too bad, because their items are so interesting! I ordered a few times, because the items are just too cute, but since the only thing the CS is telling me is to wait, and wait, and wait again, I guess that latest order will be the last.

So, on a lark I bought one shirt that was a cardigan, it was nicely made. I then when hog wild and bought a variety of knit short sleeved shirts - polo and button up. Quality was really mixed. The light weight knit polo began opening up in some seems and some of the others sit funny ( not rigid enough to support the structure of a color). I can sew a little… like mom taught me how to do a button- so I’ve been able to fix them. But as gently as I’ve treated them- no drier, they should be holding up great. On the whole I like their stuff, and will order again likely but I think I have a sense for what is likely to hold up, wrinkle less and have enough structure I don’t need to starch a casual shirt to wear out. I’ve gotten a ton of compliments for what it’s worth.

The sweater was thin - a poor quality knit and its styling look different from the impression I got from the photo. I wish I hadn't of bought it. I am disappointed. It doesn't flatter or look fashionable. It looks like a cheap garment.

The shirt that I picked was nice but too expensive for the quality I received. And I decided to also take a chance on the Black Friday surprise box because I was expecting at least one decent shirt in it BUT instead it was a horrendous pair of shorts and a shirt with the BIG BOLD year printed on them and they didn’t even match and a pair of socks which was the only thing the was somewhat decent. It is obvious that the “surprise” boxes are just items that don’t sell that they trick you into buying thinking you will get something good. I won’t shop here again value and quality not worth the pricing.
