IF YOU ARE A SIZE 8 OR SMALLER DO NOT…

IF YOU ARE A SIZE 8 OR SMALLER DO NOT BUY!! I ordered two tops and a dress, i looked at the sizing guide and my measurements are right between a size small and medium i decided to order small for all items. When they arrived all three items were very large just to look at, i tried them on and they swallowed me whole! I notified customer service and they asked me to measure the clothes and if they were more than 3cm off the product description they would accept blame and do a full refund. Nearly all measurements were exactly 3cm or just under. I was told i didnt measure them properly and they need to be laid on something flat (they were laid down flat). I was given the option of pay a reshipment fee to exchange size or style (i highly doubt even a XS would fit), keep items and get a 20% refund and 10% coupon for another purchase or send back for full refund. I sent them back which cost 1/3 of the payment of the clothes. Customer service were prompt but the clothing was not what i expected for the price. I have recieved the refund now but wish i had known about the sizing issue before purchasing as im now down $50AUD with nothing to show for it. Super unfortunate as the clothes looked amazing on the store and on the advertisements (which depict women probably smaller than me with the clothes fitting well).

Cute stuff & great customer service!
I ordered 2 short-sleeved knit sweaters & 1 long-sleeved sweater. Their size chart told me to order a certain size, which I thought was going to be too big, but I followed their chart. Oddly enough, the long-sleeved sweater fits fine, but the short-sleeved ones were HUGE! I contacted their customer service & my issue was resolved within 24 hours. They agreed to send me the smaller size requested at no cost to me. I was very pleased with their customer service! And I LOVE the sweaters! I think they're excellent quality for being priced under $40! Would order again from them, but definitely go for a smaller size.

Dear, Thank you so much for your kind support and positive feedback. We truly appreciate your trust and affirmation. Different fits and knitting techniques can also have some impact on the garment's measurements and fit. For example, chunkier or finer knitting may result in differences in elasticity, which can affect how the garment fits when worn. However, these differences are usually not particularly significant. We will continue to bring you more trendy vintage-inspired styles and strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. We sincerely hope you'll continue to follow us and stay tuned for our latest collections. If you ever have any questions or need assistance in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out. We'll always be happy to help. We wish you all the best!

I ordered a variety of knit tops
I ordered a variety of knit tops. All were excellent - good quality, fit and cute! One was more cropped for my taste and the other a little too large and bulky. I reach out to customer service for return/exchange. Their responses were prompt and clear. I was offered an exchange for the two item. I was required to pay the difference I own in the items (which ended up being $17). I was not charged shipping. The items that didn't work out I am able to donate. Very satisfied! Will definitely purchase from OXKNIT again!

I recently made my first purchase
I recently made my first purchase - great quality of sweater, but sizing was a little off (runs small), so I reached out to exchange. Customer support promptly responded and has taken care of the exchange (replacement in route). I would definitely order from this company again, keeping the sizing in mind.
