I recieved a fautly machine and leo was great in dealing with the problem and was able to have a repacement sent to me. great customer service.

excellent machine does everything it was advertised to do very reliable

At this point, I couldn't give more than 4 stars because my interaction with this company has been minimal to date; however, the experience I had with the on-line shopping purchase of my Inogen 3 has been excellent. I was able to get all questions I had at the time answered through on-line documentation. When I submitted my on-line purchase order I hadn't realized the purchase (self-pay) required a pharmacy prescription. The company offered to get this on my behalf, which they did immediately, and I had my Inogen 3 delivered to me the very next evening.

Fast and good service. will come back buy more if need.

My husband is the one who carries this oxigen concentrator and he tells me he is very pleased. He is 84 years old and the other oxigen bottle was too heavy and clumsy. Very happy is a great choice.

Excellent to deal with, especially for us who knew nothing about concentrators! After researching purchasing options with competitors--no one could beat pricing, perks like 30 Day risk free trial or warranty transfer, etc. Fast delivery. Reported missing item but they are shipping it same day!!!
