I highly recommend this company to anyone. Equipment shipped promptly (except for a few backorder items which got recently). Equinox portable concentrator is excellent--actually quite outstanding. Beautifully designed and functional. Works just as advertised. Friendly, knowledgeable sales representative offered me a good price. Better deal than anywhere else. Wonderful experience: to buy an excellent product at a good price.

I just want to say what a great job CLARK (service rep.) did getting our order of the eQuniox package up graded to 24V batteries. Shipped out fast. I've ordered 2 more 24V batteries & two desk top chargers. As we have a Eclipse 5 we bought from them awhile ago they are buying back this unit helping us on the cost of the eQunix as our insurance co. will not cover any of the cost.

The unit has been a welcomed addition to my health care. It is light and manageable. The heavy take I was using was so cumbersome. Great unit so far.

Got a good explanation of all the accessories that can be purchased with a Inogen G4 Oxygen concentrator from their technical representative. Was quoted a price and honored after three weeks when we were ready to buy. Good customer service and goods delivered as promised.

We have purchased two oxygen concentrators from Oximedical, a home concentrator and a portable. The home concentrator has yet to be used. The portable has been used frequently. When the portable concentrator stopped working, it was replaced with a new one, no questions asked. The service and help has been excellent and appreciated.
