I am enjoying my G5, but was curious about the noise it made. I called the company to ask got voice mail, but never a return call. I already have a G3 and was called a few times by the company to see If I had any questions. The product was very expensive so I feel the merchant should have a better sense of satisfaction from it's customers.

Can't knock super results!

-Ordering the concentrator went very smoothly. -The item arrived as scheduled; unfortunately the item arrived without the 2 batteries as listed in the package. This made the concentrator unusable. Also unfortunately, the first rep. I talked to on your end thought I was only supposed to receive 1 battery; of course 1 battery is better than 0 batteries. - When I finally talked to a knowledgeable person things went quickly. The batteries arrived and I was able to use the concentrator. - I am happy ! - Also I very much the breathing issues booklet that was included in the concentrator package.

I believe all items are overpriced and that's all.

The InogenOne G5 came quickly and was in working order. We received a &600.00 credit for the InogeneOne G4 that we returned.

I feel that you could have been more upfront about the weight of the unit. It is fine without the battery, but with it the unit is quite heavy. I also ordered the backpack but the weight of that makes using it impossible.

The representative I deal with was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions promptly.

Products delivered work as advertised. There is one battery missing but the team followed up responsibly. Overall a positive commendable experience.
