Customer service rep was great. He really went thru everything and I could no have been happier. The transit time was off, and delivery was off a little. Partly my fault. Overall experience was good, and I would recommend Oximedical. even with the transit delays the customer service reps did make me feel like they were concerned and were very responsive to resolving it.

I had and continue to have issues with the carry case. It is too tight. My son and daughter in law have to struggle to close the flap as well as removing the unit from the case. They happen to be 30 years younger! I was told there were no options; however, an Ashley did say she found an "older model" that is a bit bigger. That was a few weeks ago and I am still waiting to receive it. As it is, I will have to have help every time I need to change a battery. On a happier note, the unit is much easier to carry unlike the tanks. For this reason, I am happy with my purchase

Clark, my salesperson, was awesome and not pushy at all. I got this concentrator for my father and he could not be more pleased. The warehouse forgot to pack the cannulas, but Clark made sure they were sent immediately as soon I called him.

I was shipped equipment without batteries that I order. I was not told that these were backed ordered! I had to change my trip plans from an airplane to a train at the last minute at significant expense because I did not have sufficient batteries to run the expensive POC purchased from OxiMedical. I asked for a manger to call me, never got the call. OxiMedical Respiratory appears only to be concern about making money and not valuing the Customer! At this time , and because of their attitude I would recommend against using them a as a purveyor of resipiratory products!!
