Exceptionally considerate and professional. I love them so much.

At 2 years and 11 months my G3 started to show a LOW OXYGEN code as well as producing much noise during normal operation in stead of the low hum. The service department was easy to work with to get the machine into the shop. Still awaiting it's return.

I had reservations about buying a used unit online but went ahead and bought a used Sequal Equinox from Josh at the Arizona store, I was assured that the unit was in nice shape with only a couple small scrapes. The unit was delivered to my door in three days and on inspecting the unit I found it to be in better shape than described and operated perfectly. From my experience I believe OxiMedical to be an honest company that I would be happy to do business with again.

Was impressed that OxiMedical contacted me less than 24 hours after my request for information. Josh was professional and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales pitch. He was patient and answered my questions as well as explained the equipment. After absorbing his information for a few hours, I felt confident and ordered a G4 Inogen respirator. The G4 was delivered to us in 2 days--amazing service.

Bob Castro is a wonderful person! He was not frustrated with my numerous questions over the phone prior to my location visit. His knowledge as a licensed Respiratory Therapist was very helpful and I do appreciate how Bob was so patient and considerate throughout our interaction at the store location. Wonders never cease, Bob Castro is a genuine helpful human being in the health care trade. The Inogen equipment has made my respiratory disability so much easier to live with. I do appreciate the tanks provided by my health care for helping me get out of the house some; however we always had to take at least 3 additional of the tanks anywhere we went to swap out as each ran out. And running out of tanks was it's own problem, having to anticpate how much use, plan ahead so you can schedule business hours delivery of more tanks, storing full and empty tanks sucking up space in the house. We didn't plan adequately over the New Year weekend, so I was home-bound the whole weekend till Tuesday! And the home unit my health care provided was so big and soooo noisy that I kept in another room so we could try to sleep in spite of it. The G3 portable provides is lighter and so convenient for away from home, and for those who-knows-when we'll get home its so easy to carry an extra battery and/or use the car adapter to run it and save battery. The home concentrator is considerably smaller and oh yes wonderfully quieter! Yes-5 stars-I will recommend the Inogen product line to anyone requiring supplemental oxygen and am proud to suggest they communicate with Bob Castro regarding purchase of the equipment!
