I must edit my first review due to the fact that unbeknownst to me, the post office delivered the filters to the wrong box. Definately NOT the companys fault. Once I found the order, i feel that I received excellant service from this company & will not hesitate to order from them again.

I found them to be extremely helpful in understanding my situation and their actions were swift in providing my request.

I am very pleased with the device we purchased and the procedure do so.

I feel it is false advertising to indicate that it is "a 30 day free trial offer". My credit card was charged the same day I placed my order. When I opted to return it, I had to pay the return shipping ($51.00 including insurance) AND was charged a $99.00 re-stocking fee. DOESN'T FEEL LIKE A FREE TRIAL OFFER TO ME !!!

Josh was very helpful.
