I have been working with Leo recently at Oximed and not only has he been very professional, he has been kind enough to address all my concerns. Leo explained the problem as well as the solution. The price for repair was discussed and they paid shipping both ways. I am happy with the results. Thank you team Oximed for your fast, prompt response.

Salesman sold us a used unit for $1800 when later that day we found that company sent e-mail for same unit NEW for $1795. Returned to office and asked for a new unit and was refused any consideration.
