Based on talking to multiple representatives, including ones from Inogen, and other oxygen product suppliers, I chose to go with OxyMedical because I liked my interaction with Robert Lee, and because the price of the package we settled on was the best. I liked Robert’s straightforward, “no used car salesman haggling”, approach, and so far have been satisfied with the product, the Inogen G4. I’ve used it because of worsening COPD on cross-country flights recently to get my oxygen saturation up to 93, instead of 82 to 85 without it. I found a setting of 3 was necessary for me, and the double battery seems to last a bit under three hours.

Wow doesn't say enough. When my wife was diagnosed with IPF we found out that we were going to need portable oxygen for our upcoming trip to Hawaii in December. On 8 Oct we talked to Leo at Oximedical and he assisted us in getting exactly what we needed for the trip and her medical needs. The POC arrived just a few days later and her mobility was restored. Then we took our trip and in the middle of the trip the handle to carry cart broke. Again Oximedical to the rescue. The gathered out information and had a replacement on the way in record time during the Christmas holidays. The people at OxiMedical actually care that you get the right equipment to fit your needs and stand behind what they sell. It is so refreshing to see a company that acts this way and really does answer their own phones.

Everything as advertised. Had to return the unit because the pulse was not adequate.
