Robert was very professional and polite. He was very familiar with all the products and their prices. He did not hesitate to inform me about holiday special pricing which was very helpful. I received my Inogen G3 the next day. I have already been recommending Oxi Medical to everyone in my pulmonary exercise class and even to my pulmonologist, who was very interested with my high referral.

It is better to have 2 standard batteries=4.7 hrs vs the bigger battery which is heavy=10 hrs run time. I have the big battery and a standard which is used more, because it is lighter. The Inogen system is light years ahead of anything you can rent.

I called the first time to get prices for the replacement parts that I needed. I called the second time to order the parts. The parts arrived on the appointed date, 10 minutes to read the instructions and change the parts.....I was up and running again !! Absolutely no problems....I love it !!!

I purchased an extended battery for my Inogen one G3 oxygen concentrated in a matter of minutes. If I had ordered this battery from inogen it would have been at least a week for shipping. I am glad to have oximedical respiratory close to my location. The agent (Dave) was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling.
