I was treated with respect and my questions were answered sincerely. The price I was quoted saved me a lot of Money. It is a better price than I could find a any other website or even local stores.

We were on vacation in Arizona when my husband had to be hospitalized due to congestive heart failure. His oxygen level would fall very low with any type of exertion. As his condition improved, the doctors felt secure in his release provided that he have access to portable oxygen equipment. We contacted a medical supply servicefor the necessary Inogen unit. For three days they promised us a unit....at 5PM on the third day they told us they did not have a unit for us. Our case worker at the hospital did some research and told us about OXI Medical. We told her to feel free to make arrangements with them. A representative from the company called me 45 minutes later and said that a unit would be delivered to us at the hospital by noon the next day. As promised, the Inogen unit was delivered to us at the promised time. The delivery person explained the unit to us and made sure we were comfortable in its use. We were on a flight back to Michigan that night. OXI Medical came to our rescue. They were courteous, professional and honest and I would highly recommend their service.

My Mother is "in love" with her Inogen 1. She is starting to enjoy her life again at 87 she feels free to leave the nursing home and do things.Rather than to stay back while others went or trips and things. Neither she nor I can lift those heavy oxygen tanks anymore. Entire Respiratory Therapy Team raves at how nice it is. I say 6 STARS!

Bob was great with helping me with my purchase of the Zen-O-Lite. But the Zen-O-Lite has some problems, the battery only lasts about hour and forty five minutes on setting of 2 not the 4 hours it is claimed have. It would stop pulsing for a period of time then start again. Returned for a replacement and was sent a new replacement. The new machine also has only about a hour and 45 minutes of battery on setting of 2 not 4 hours as claimed. It also pluses a lot on exhale and double pluses some also, which may be why the battery life is so short. On the other hand it does keep my oxygen level up and is light to carry. I just can't use it any longer then about a hour and 45 minutes with out charging it. So very limited when using it. I was so excited to get it thinking of all the things I could do with the light weight and battery life of Zen-O-Lite, but very disappointed in battery life.

This order was challenging. Human error combined with a couple UPS missteps all on a holiday weekend. Once Oxi Medical was made fully aware of the situation it became top priority for resolution.

Rachel is a very knowledgeable and helpful sales staff person. I have purchased both a concentrator for home use and a portable concentrator for travel.The Mesa store is very handy for me as I live in tempe. I
