I don't think this is a legitimate business. I ordered a product and they immediately charged my credit card. After a week, I contacted them to find out what had happened to my order. They said it was backordered, so I asked them to cancel and refund my money. They said they would, but after several more weeks, nothing has happened. I have called many times, but they aren't available to take calls. I've sent multiple emails. No response. And, no refund.

ZERO customer service: They don't respond to submissions to their online form; they don't respond to direct email; they don't answer their phone. In short: it's obvious they have no intention of holding up their promise of customer support or 30 day returns. I recommend you run far away from this "company."

I ordered the Pressure 9 Pro on March 6, 2024 and no shipping notice. I called and spoke to someone on March 12, and I was told it was back ordered. On March 19, I received an e-mail that the unit was shipped but the tracking number provided is not valid on USPS. I called today March 22, and no one is answering the phones.

Have emailed them 3 times and still no response, i have called 3 times and the message says they can not answer the phone now. You will get NO SUPPORT from Oxiline do not buy anything from them.

When my order was overdue, I checked the tracking number to find out they shipped my oximeter to an address less than 10-miles from their Miami office. I live in California. I have tried to reach them several times by eMail, their ContactUs message app, and by phone. They charged my credit card right away, but so far no response from Oxiline no matter what method used to try to reach Customer Service.

ZERO REVIEW!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I have been trying to reach this company I think they are crooked. They took 2 payments of $94. There is no customer service or sales. I paid for express and still haven't received my order or had any updates. I wish I would've seen the reviews first. 🤬

Worst company service I've ever experienced. My oximeter worked for three weeks and died. Sent various emails, no response. Called their phone number, recording tells you to email. One email I sent on their website was sent back to me! I just want a refund!

They sent me two defective used devices. They weren’t even new. Buy at your own risk. Their marketing is on point to deceive you. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK
