Ordered item, then cancelled it later that day. It was immediatly charged to my VISA. Never received refund, nor the item. Norton antivirus gave warning when I received Email from them that website link is dangerous and contains phishing and info attemps. As a 30 year cop, did some investigating, including comparing pic of their advertised building, and actual street address in Miami. Website pic is false.; shows large building. It's NOT their building. Actual address is empty small store front in Miami barrio. The place is a FAKE. NON-LEGIT. Stay away, and my advice, if you had charges from them, cancel your card and get a new one. Some of you may actually have received item; you're lucky as hell, for the rest, run like hell from this scam.

Unresponsive to my emails.

The company gets good reviews for its products. What it needs is a mass dismissal of personnel in sales and shipping and start over again from scratch. Orders are not filled. I have been waiting for an unshipped device and had to have a telcon to get things going.

I had seen many reviews that consider Oxiline to be a scam but this company is not. I recently ordered a Scale X Pro, it was shipped later the same day. It took USPS 2 days to accept the package and the remainder of the delivery with USPS was a disaster but that in no way should reflect negatively on Oxiline. I received my scale, it was very easy to setup and sync with the app. The accuracy of the weight is excellent as compared to an existing unit that has been calibrated. Not sure about the accuracy of the other data but I will be getting a DEXA scan in a week so will get a chance to determine just how accurate the device is. No complaints about the device or Oxiline, very pleased with the purchase experience and the scale. Review update: I had a DEXA scan done and there are differences in accuracy between the scale and the DEXA scan. As I mentioned in the initial review, the weight reading is accurate with this scale. The other parameters that are provided with a DEXA scan which can be compared to this scale are body fat, fat mass, fat free weight, muscle mass, bone mass and visceral fat. I also had a Resting Metabolic Rate test done and can compare that to the scale. The body fat reading on the scale was 16% over the scan reading. Fat mass was also reading too high at 17% over the scan value. Fat free weight was understated by 6% and muscle mass was understated by 8%. Bone mass was way off, the Dexa scan had me at 6.6 lbs and the scale was 8.6 which is a difference of 23%. Visceral fat is the parameter that concerned me the most, my reading on the Oxiline scale was 11.0 which is showing it to be high but I'm not even sure what this number is (it's not weight). The visceral fat reading on the scan was low, I only have about 1/3 lb of visceral fat which is excellent. If I hadn't gone for the DEXA scan I would have been thinking my visceral fat was a big problem when it's actually excellent. The BMR reading is way off as well, I had a proper BMR test done along with the DEXA scan and it measured my BMR at 1,868. I can also verify that my Oura ring has my BMR at about 1,900 so the reading of 1,459 kcal with the scale is way off. I have had no problems with the device to date, it syncs with the app every morning without a problem. I'm going to keep the scale and use it to monitor changes between my DEXA scans.

I ordered a blood pressure unit. My husband just had a stroke and a wanted a good reliable unit. They say if you order by 4 pm, your purchase will ship that day. I paid the extra $9.99 for express shipping which guarantees 1 to 3 day delivery. First I never received a confirmation email so I sent them an email, never got a reply. So I called them. The rep or should I say the guy answering the phone told me it shipped. I knew it didn't ship because I had pulled the tracking # off of their website. So I ordered well before 4 pm on a Thursday and it never left their facility until Monday. When I called the second time, I told him I wanted my shipping back. I'm sure I will never see it. This company is horrible and should be shut down. Update: the company did refund me $9.99 expedited shipping fee.

I have contacted Oxiline over 10 times to get them to honor their lifetime warranty. Their pulse oximeters are of poor quality and the warranty is bogus. Stay away from this company.
