I bought the portable tens unit. It arrived broken. Customer service said I had to pay to ship it back or keep it for a reduced refund. Why would I want to keep a broken tens unit. They should have paid and sent me a shipping label in my opinion.

I could not get the scale to work, so I emailed customer service. After a few days they returned my email and offered a 30% discount if I wanted to keep it. I declined because, well, it didn't work. The return process is ridiculous. Email them, get an approval to send back, then... package up and return (normal) - at my expense- even though it didn't work, Fill out their online return form, write your name and order number on the outside of the package, email them and let them know it's in transit to them also including the tracking number. Everything is so redundant. I'm sure it is so that they can say you didn't follow the return procedure because why would you have to do the same thing over and over?

My experience with Oxiline sales and technical support has been exceptional since purchasing the MD Pro scale and XS Pro BP monitor in the past two months. The scale correlates very closely with clinic weight readings. The BP monitor was delayed in transit; Oxiline sent a duplicate BP monitor via expedited shipping (original shipment was later received and returned to Oxiline via free return label). My questions regarding the scale readings have always been answered satisfactorily.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE JUNK AND THEY DON'T REFUND OR EMAIL YOU BACK. SHOP AT AMAZON. COMPANIES LIKE THIS LIE AND IGNORE YOU.

I'm in Canada, and ordered the oxiline scale believing my purchase price was in CAD. The final transaction on my credit card after the purchase showed USD. I immediately contacted the seller via their email address, requesting the order be reversed. I was ignored. I emailed them a second time, still no answer. I then get a shipping notification, and AGAIN try to contact the seller asking to cancel the delivery and get a refund... STILL nothing. There is no customer service here. It's appalling. I have to contact my credit card provider and start a charge back.
