The Scale MD Pro does not capture my body percentages and only gives me the weight. They will not fix or take the product back without the client paying the heavy shipping costs. They ignored my email for weeks as well.

I ordered two scales and a blood pressure monitor on September 1. I paid extra to insure it would be delivered on September 4. I emailed customer service and they assured me it would be delivered on time. I emailed them before 7 am this morning as I did not have any information and received no response. I now received tracking data indicating it would arrive six days after the promised date, when I will not be here to receive it. This is an unmitigated disaster of customer service. I just told them to cancel my order, as it will be sitting in front of my door while I am away. Horrendous service. I will not be doing business with them again, and am concerned I wasted hundreds of dollars.

Very Worst Experience when I tried to return the product even within the 30 day window. Sometimes they seem to be responsive but when you really want to return the product and try to contact with them they do not reply even in a week (Very erratic). Regretful experience!!

When I ordered my pro scale I noticed a $10 bonus that I could add to my purchase but accidentally placed the order without using it. I emailed customer service and described my situation. To my surprise 2 days later I received an email stating that they don't normally add on bonuses after a sale but because I was a new customer they issued a $10 refund. Nice to get some good news!

I love this company and it’s product. I have the.oxiline pro blood pressure cuff. I have found that it’s readings coincide very closely to what my doctors office has and it’s very easy to use. The customer representative I talked to this time was Justine and he like the rest of the people I have talked to on their support line was great. He was so patient, walked me through it and resolved my problem very quickly. He even sent me a video and some simple written instructions, just in case it ever happens again. You can’t beat their warranty. Several months ago I called them because I could not get the cuff to work. They promptly replaced it without running me through a ringer. My daughter and a close friend of mine were looking for a blood pressure cuff and I recommended this one. They both love it! They, like me, find it comfortable, accurate, and easy to use. Highly recommend!

Order Not Shipped – Company Blames Customer for Delay Despite Immediate Response I placed an order for a blood pressure monitor 09.08.26 and, almost two week later, the order still has not been shipped. The company contacted me requesting confirmation of my shipping address 10.08.26. I provided the requested confirmation two minutes after receiving their request. I have documentation of this communication and its timestamp. Despite this, 18.08.26 the company claims that the shipment was delayed because my address confirmation was not provided in time. This explanation is inconsistent with the actual communication timeline and is particularly concerning because I responded almost immediately. Today 19.08.26 the company has still failed to ship my order or provide a satisfactory explanation. I purchased the device as a birthday gift, and because of this delay, it will no longer arrive when needed. I consider this unacceptable customer service and an unreasonable failure to fulfill an order. I am especially concerned that the company is attempting to attribute its own shipping delay to the customer despite the available evidence showing otherwise. I want the company to either ship my order immediately and provide valid tracking information, or issue a full refund without further delay. I also expect the company to acknowledge and clarify the inaccurate explanation regarding the timing of my address confirmation. I am submitting this review, because my attempts to resolve the matter directly with the company have not produced a satisfactory resolution.
