Avoid! Ordered the impression kit. Only came with one set of moulds. Set of regardless. 4 weeks later no correspondence. No reply to emails. Think I've been conned. On to the next one. Avoid!

I’m on my first set of aligners and super happy with the service I’ve received. Took around a month from moulds to receiving but well worth the wait. Customer service great too and answered any questions I’ve had.

Ordered my impression kit online which took over 2 weeks to arrive. No reply to any messages or emails chasing this delay. When it arrived it did not contain the 2 sizes of mouth inserts. It was easy to take impressions and they were returned over 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything about the treatment plan or even notification they have received the impressions. I have sent emails and messages online chasing the treatment plan and no response. Therefore I will not be proceeding or giving them anymore money after this initial experience.

I’ve had no issues, I have six weeks left and my teeth are really great. I’ve not yet had my £40 deposit back, and their customer service is really unbothered but I’ve had no reason to contact them other than to chase up the aligners. I’d say the process from start to finish and getting your aligners is around 3 weeks but my teeth are fab. I’d upload a photo but I’m not sure where!

After paying for the impression kit and returning it. I have had nothing back. No scans or plans within a day or anything even close. I’ve messaged, called, emailed… nothing. I was told 3 weeks ago that they were sending another kit. Nothing came. I’ve now been blocked from social media. Nothing but a scam company. AVOID Edit**** Within 6hrs of this review I was called. At almost 10pm. Spoken to by the very same person I’ve spoken to on every call. I genuinely think the whole “company” is one guy. He was desperately unprofessional and continually commented on “£39” trying to make out like that was a huge amount for me but nothing to them. He was aggressive and telling me if I took the review down, they would send out another kit. I declined. Here we are a week later and yet again, still no kit. So I repeat, it’s nothing but a scam. Steer well clear

Much cheaper than other companies but that was only for front teeth straightening. I needed all straightening so didn't go with them after I sent my impression back and they sent their 3D model scan.

If (like me) you want to fix your teeth on your own journey, Overnight Smile is the plan for you. Who has time to visit a dentist? This plan fitted me great and although I’m not at the end of my journey, I’m hopeful to reach the desired end result soon.
