I did quite a bit of research on aligners before committing, and I am so glad I chose Overnight Smile. I started this journey avoiding smiling in photos altogether, and the boost to my self-esteem has been unbelievable. The whole process was seamless and incredibly convenient to do right from home without any physical dentist visits. The customer service team was top-tier—every time I sent in progress photos wearing my aligners, someone responded quickly and reassured me to keep going. On top of that, the aligner quality was fantastic. They were smooth, comfortable, never needed any filing, and didn't hurt at all. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I've just finished my course of aligners. I saw improvements within the first few weeks. Impressions were easy to take and my aligners were with me quickly. Great value for money!

I started my Overnight Smile journey around 6 months ago and have had great service from them every step of the way, I have had regular check ins, emails and also a couple of phone calls from them. Support when I have needed it has been great, the product and packaging are top quality and the difference in my teeth has been great. Instructions are easy to follow so if you’re thinking of giving yourself your confidence back by straightening your smile I would definitely recommend Overnight Smile.

Con merchants! Emailed twice with no reply so I returned the kit unopened for a refund as I didn’t trust them. They claim ‘Top reviews’ Scratching a 3.3! Being an old fool as I am I trusted them at their word. Another company out to con the public. A refund….. not a chance! Go to your own dentist and pay the extra. At least you will get an honest service.

Really pleased with my results! The aligners can be a little fiddly to put on at first but after the first day they become much easier to fit. Overall, I've had a great experience and I'm very happy with the progress so far.

Ordered an impression kit which came very quickly. Completed the moulds and sent them back within a few days and had an email to say they'd been received at their end. Their website says the 3d plan will be sent within 24hrs. I have messaged on their chat system and I have also emailed and not had any response. I appreciate it has only been 5 days since they received them but why mislead people on your website. If it takes longer then just say so. And the worst part is the no response from them x2. I shall not be proceeding with this company (if they did ever get back to me) . Glad I found this our now and have only lost the money for the impression kit.

I ordered an impressions kit over 2 months ago and never received it. I called their customer service line a bunch of times to follow up on where my impressions kit was, I always received the same answer, that they’ll follow it up and get back to me. (half the time it would go straight to voicemail so this is if they even bothered to answer) After about 4 weeks I requested a refund and they told me to allow 5 more days for the delivery status to update and if it didn’t I would get a refund. It of course didn’t update, I never got a refund and I didn’t get an answer when I tried to call about it either. So I posted a review about my experience. I got a call from them within a couple hours and they told me that a refund was already pending but THEN threatened that if I didn’t take down the review within 2 hours they would cancel my refund because apparently processing a refund for a LOST PARCEL was a ‘good will gesture’ ? I took the review down thinking I’ll maybe repost it when I got my refund but I never did get that refund anyway, so I’m assuming he was lying just so I would take down the review. Horrible excuse for customer service, it’s actually laughable, making it SO difficult to just process a refund for a parcel that didn't even make it to the courier (they can also see this from the tracking number) AVOID AVOID AVOID! Thankful this happened at the first hurdle and I didn’t receive the impression kit let alone the aligners and have to deal with this company long term *EDIT* I just got a call from them again after posting this saying the same, ‘that they’ll issue a refund if I take down the review again’, I ofc said no this time and he threatened that I’d be hearing from their legal team and that I wouldn’t be getting any refund now. I wasn’t still betting on that refund now anyway, it’s been 2 months.
