I was a little dubious after ordering and then seeing the negative reviews, however the price I paid was a third of other websites so I just hoped for the best. I didn't hear anything for about a week but then with covid and Christmas I expected as much, then I was notified of the shipping and seeing the package in Germany was a little worrying but less than 24 hours later it's been delivered with tracking provided at every stage. Would definitely order again.

I have ordered three times from Asics Outlet in the last month. The first order had an issue, it showed as dispatched within 24 hours but was never picked up by the courier. Customer service responded to my query quickly and immediately refunded me with an apology. I ordered again (order 2) and this order was dispatched the next day, arriving within 3 days from the EU, no issues and exactly as described. The final order was around Black Friday so took over 5 days to dispatch but arrived very quickly. I have had a decent experience with Asics Outlet and would shop there again.

TERRIBLE customer service and delivery package. Never again

order placed 7 days ago, no update, phones nr. is not working , no one replying to email... what the f* *k is wrong with this web site.

Ordered 27th November, received email accepting order with 4 - 5 day delivery. I've chased this order via email twice, zero response. Tried calling only to be advise via recorded message that there is no telephone customer service available. Not good is it!

Los precios y calidad estan bien pero es nefasto el servicio de entrega con la empresa de paquetería que nos han enviado todos los pedidos que hemos realizado. Decian que no estabamos en casa a la hora de la entrega del pedido (cosa que es mentira) y nos dejaban el papel para que fueramos ha recogerlo nosotros a un punto de recogida (escogido por ellos sin previo aviso) cuando nosotros hemos pagado para entrega a domicilio.

Pas nadat ik mijn Asics besteld had keek ik op Trustpilot en ik was bang dat het niks zou worden gezien de slechte reviews. Maar het tegendeel is waar! Binnen een week, zelfs met de drukte van de post, heb ik mijn schoenen ontvangen. En ze zitten perfect!
