Terrible service - I paid for next day delivery. When my trainers didn't arrive I called customer service to be told they would arrive the following day. This happened 4 days in a row before I received an email saying I would receive a refund as my trainers were lost. No explanation, no replacement trainers, and the refund is £7 short of the total paid. Will never use them again

No comprar ,esto es una estafa total ,si llamas por teléfono al teléfono que indican sale una grabación y cuelgan ,si intentas ponerte en contacto vía mail te dan una respuesta automática y nada más ,no puedes cancelar el pedido ni hacer nada .

I nearly didn't buy from here because of all the bad reviews so wanted to come back and say that my experience was absolutely fine. I ordered on Thursday and my trainers arrived on Monday. I was replacing an old pair with the same size/style so knew I wouldn't need to send them back and it sounds like that's where a lot of the issues are - but if you know for sure what you want, then I'd recommend ...paid half what I would have in the shops!

Do not buy anything from ASICS Outlet, terrible experience! I placed an order on 22nd may and after 3 weeks I still hadn't received the order. I tried to phone ASICS but they said they are not taking calls. I emailed them several times and didn't receive any reply. In the end I contacted UPS delivery company myself to try and resolve it and it turned out they had lost the parcel, however recovered it. Finally 4 weeks later I received the order. unfortunately after all that trouble the shoes were too small. ASICS had not included a returns label and yet again they are ignoring my emails so I am stuck with them. Avoid, avoid,avoid!!!!

Inderdaad bijna grappig. Afgelopen week 3 paar schoenen besteld en betaald en als order bevestigd gekregen. Inmiddels zijn 2 van de bestellingen geannuleerd en is de enige bestelling die wel geleverd werd, pas 3 dagen na de toegezegde dag, bezorgd. Kennelijk behoefte aan cashflow

Ich habe bei ASICS Schuhe bestellt. Die Ware ist nie angekommen. Stattdessen hat der Lieferant geschrieben, ich hätte die Ware erhalten und retourniert und das alles um 0:21 Uhr. Die Rechnung ist merkwürdigerweise um die gleiche Zeit online gekommen. Auf Anfragen bei ASICS wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Adresse falsch war. Ich habe daraufhin die Bestellung geprüft und es stand dort eine richtige Adresse. Jegliche Aufforderungen zum Liefern der Ware gingen ins Leere. ASICS hat geschrieben, sie können die Ware jetzt nicht noch einmal (eben mit korrigierter Adresse dererseits) zu schicken. Katastrophe. Zeitverlust beim Suchen, Zeitverlust beim Warten und Ärger mit Rumschreiben. Nie wieder diese sinnlose Firma.
