I ordered a paddleboard from Outdoor Master and received a confirmation email and saw the money come out of my bank account. No shipping notification was ever sent. I have called and emailed the customer service multiple times and have not been able to get a response. My initial impression is that this brand is a scam and I need to call my bank to report the charge and get my $325 back. However, I'd much rather have the Paddleboard I was excited to purchase.
