The manufacturer of our slipcovered furniture is of the highest quality and very rarely do we experience a customer to be unhappy with the furniture and it's comfort and quality. The sit and feel of the sofa can vary based on the cushion and the fabric chosen. The cushions do come in two options- high density, high resiliency foam and eco-down. If you would be interested in switching cushion type we would be happy to discuss this option with you. The furniture ships direct from the manufacturer after going through a quality inspection so that the product arrives as expected. We apologize that this imperfection was not spotted during that process and corrected before shipping. Our reputation is very important to us and we hope that we can work with you to gain back your confidence so you would consider shopping with us again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Customer service is of the utmost importance to us and we appreciate your input. We are sorry that you experienced damage during the delivery but glad to know that the damage was repaired to your satisfaction. The manufacturer of our slipcovered furniture is of the highest quality and very rarely do we experience a customer to be unhappy with the furniture and it's comfort and quality. The cushions do come in two options- high density, high resiliency foam and eco-down. The nature of down does require some maintenance but the comfort and look usually outweighs having to fluff. The high density, high resiliency foam is also comfortable but requires less fluffing. If you would be interested in switching to foam we would be happy to discuss this option with you. As for the clips rusting, we have never in the past received this complaint but we are glad that removing them solved the problem. We would think that the rust spots should be able to be removed with the proper solution. We would be happy to discuss this option with you also. Our reputation is what our business is based on and we hope that we can work with you to gain back your confidence so you would consider shopping with us again in the future.
