Otter.aiReviews of otter.ai

Otter has made it convenient for me to have a record of all my meeting and minutes within one app. Records and transcribes very well.

I always rely on Otter.ai when I need a transcription service. I regularly record meetings & personal memos and leverage the AI to pull out the key points and action items from any discussion. It helpw me be extremely more efficient.

It made the processing and summarizing of our discussion much faster. Its transcription was also very accurate.

I love Otter.ai because it seamless captures transcribe in English and easy to use. I like that I can export the transcribe, adjust to forward and rewind based on words through the transcribe. However, it does not quite capture the words if it is not clear especially if it doesn't come from a native speaker. Also would appreciate if it can transcribe other languages like Malay, Mandarin and Japanese. Also, as I am a journalist, I am always on the go, and would appreciate if this app can really offer something affordable for subscription (I am a government servant, and don't earn that much as private and corporate staff) as sometimes I use it often, and sometimes i don't use it all.

I love otter.ai! As someone who works in Human Resources, I need to interview applicants per day and this helped me summarized all the interview sessions I had. Highlu recommended!

Very useful and impressive assistant to have at meetings. It not only prepares a comprehensive transcript of the meeting but also comes up with a list of action items. Would love to continue to use it.

Capturing the lectures in detail and summaries them with AI were most beneficial to me. Awesome!!

I have had an Otter Pro account for a year now, and it has changed the way I work. Before Otter, I struggled to keep up with notes in meetings, so I often found myself not engaging in conversation as I was worried about "missing something" in my notes. Now I feel free to actually pay more attention and engage in meetings because the note taking is taken care of for me by Otter. Moreover, Otter's AI chat feature is actually useful because it enables you to "ask" your notes questions. For example, a common prompt I use is, "what tasks from this meeting were assigned to me?", which will create a bullet point list of action items you need to complete. Seriously, try it for free if you are skeptical, but by integrating Otter into your daily "work life", things become just a little bit easier.
