Unbelievably fast customer service, super friendly and helpful. I can’t remember an interaction in the past 5 years that has been so swift, thorough, and friendly that what I have received from Ottasilver, I am going to purchase more and refer my friends for certain!

Placed on order, promised delivery not met over 2 weeks. Still no confirmation on delivery with an open despatch date. No committment to delivery or brand reputation. Good in marketing. Will never buy anything from this place ever

I must say I have had the most fantastic service. I purchased a ring in November 2021 and wanted to purchase another one in Dec 2022 only to find out that Ottasilver no longer ship to South Africa. I contacted them and they made a plan to ship to me and once again I am extremely happy with my purchase. Thank you for looking after me and making an exception to send me my order
