I order a couple of bracelets on December 23 as of today still no bracelets I've sent them emails called them customer service is horrible i get sent emails saying they will ship soon but they don't stay away from this company no good

No email reply, no phone call answer! I keep getting the same email reply once a week " sorry for the delay please allow more days to complete the fulfillment process". They are not honest at all, they won't tell you if it's in back order or out of stock. talk about false advertising, the product i ordered states "ships within 3 business days " i have a month waiting and still does not ship out.

Bought 3 rings and a python bracelet. Rings had fitment issues but they are pretty quick to approve an RMA’s until you find the right size The python bracelet is my favorite/ daily bracelet to wear. The transaction started out rough but ottasilver did everything they could to work it out and get me the correct size items.

I ordered a bracelet as a Christmas gift on December 11. I never got it. I emailed them on December 27 and got a message it would be mailed soon. I emailed back that I no longer wanted the item I had a manager email me and he made it right and made me feel like I was a valud customer. I'm very happy with the service I received and the quality of the jewelry is outstanding.

Took a gamble as the prices seemed on the low end but picture of the rings looked great. Ordered two. They came from Turkey pretty quick to the USA. (Indiana). I am actually pretty amazed at the quality and am beyond happy with both. Will def. order again.
