The quality is not great. The rings are not worth what they charge. One of the rings I purchased turned my finger black. The top part of the ring is hollow and the bands are too thin.

UPDATE: I received my order the day after Christmas. Ottasilver did ship it expedited as promised. The bracelet is very nice. Customer service contacted me after to apologize for the holiday delays and to make sure I was satisfied. It would have been helpful if I had known before ordering that the jewelry was made to order and would take a few weeks prior to shipping. ——————————- I placed an order early December for a Christmas gift. It is now the 20th and my order has still not shipped! They charged my credit card at the time of sale. The order said 4-7 days and now it will not arrive for Christmas. The online chat told me it would ship by the 19th and that they would expedite it due to their delay, but it still has not shipped and they are now telling me it should ship by next week, AFTER Christmas!

I ordered a ring and paid extra for expedited delivery but they have not provided any tracking updates for five days now. Their phone number is disconnected neither do they reply on email or Instagram. I'm beginning to think this whole store is a scam. Update: They never updated their website but I did receive my ring nine days after the order. When you contact them, they tell you that it takes 7-10 days of processing on their end which does not make sense if they are charging people for expedited orders. If you have the patience to wait that long then the products are worth it.

Updating my 1 star review to a 3 star, I originally gave 1 star as they said 7 to 10 day delivery, it took about 18 days, but I finally got 2 rings, and tigers eye bracelet. The rings are ok, just your 925 sterling silver, black onyx stone looks nice, that ring had stains and a few scratches I can't seem to polish out, but over all its not horrible, the deal was 2 for the price of 1 ring, the bracelet was only 1 dollar, but they asked 15 dollars for shipping, still not bad. The only reason I give it 3 stars is quality is not the greatest, but ok for the price

Love the style of their jewelry ... hate the shipping and lack of communication. If you need something for a gift do not order here. There is no way to tell when it will arrive. 9/4 - still no word on when it will be here, but did find out when you order something it is then produced in Turkey, then they ship to the US, then it is shipped to the end consumer ... so 30 days min from date of order. No US stock even though some things say almost gone they still need to be produced. I think many of these reviews are paid reviews .. don't trust the Trust Pilot :-)
