I’ve now placed two orders with this company and the first order initially the customer service was bumpy to say the very least, but somebody finally stepped in and fixed it and everything was great. This last order I measured incorrectly and sent it back for an exchange once again, customer service was a little bumpy, but somebody stepped in and finally fixed it and everything is beautiful. The quality of these pieces second to none. They are absolutely beautiful and I’ve worn them for two days now and people on the street stopped me and compliment me on how beautiful they are. They really stand out and make a statement. If you were looking for quality, beauty, in pieces that will last look no further. They are absolutely stunning. Be sure to measure carefully before ordering is my best advice.

I ordered the onyx bracelet and received it quickly. One of the main selling points for me was the steel wire used to make the bracelet and the clasp. I'm a truck driver and need everything sturdy and durable. I've been wearing it a week now, doing a variety of task and it's holding up well. The quality of the stones seems better than other bracelets that I've purchased. I really like it, I'm m anxious to buy another, but I want to wait and see it's durability. No regrets so far!

I have three bracelets (one waiting to be shipped). Very nice product. Would have given five stars, but VERY slow shipping.

Look I really like the products but I ordered two bracelets they took forever to turn up and when they did they are too tight / small. I’ve requested an exchange but a week later I’m none the wiser as to where to send them nor the process. Just getting approval to return took a week!! They are true to size I ordered the wrong size but that doesn’t excuse the dreadful after card and customer satisfaction guarantees!!

I really like Ottasilver, the only con so far is shipping was not as fast as expected, took 3weeks. The pros are... seems like the product is solid and will hold up, better than the cheap stuff that's every where. I will say the customer service is on top of things. Size wise it right on, so don't think they run a tic over...my bracelet said up to 8in I measure 7 and7/8 and it fit absolutely perfect anything over 8 would not work. Over all I was excited with the howlite bracelet.

I was skeptical when I ordered this bracelet that it was going to be like many of the others, silicone band, small stones, and even smaller sizing. I can tell you this bracelet from Ottasilver out did all my expectations so far. If it holds up, I think I found my new go-to bracelets. The only reason it’s not a 5 star rating is that is does take 2-3 weeks for order to arrive

Took a while to get the order but the wait was worth it.

12/31: Update: I finally did receive my order. The excellent customer service at Ottasilver kept me informed and then gave me a credit. 12/25: I ordered two bracelets beginning of December for Christmas. It’s now 12/25 and I still don’t have them. No where did it say it would take this long. It should have been clear on their website that orders are put together outside the US and that ‘by Christmas delivery’ had little to no chance of happening.
