Well, it's the week before Valentines day and I ordered two weeks ago and still not shipped. If your business is going to do push advertising leading up to a holiday you should have the inventory and staff to handle orders commensurate with the ad spend.

Poor customer service. My husband purchased a bracelet, it was too big so he requested an exchange. Ottasilver acknowledged that the return was received almost three weeks ago and we still do not have a shipping notice for the replacement. In addition the gold vermeil plating on another piece has worn badly.

I ordered two bracelets from Ottasilver and had high expectations but as soon as I loosened the string to make it fit one of the silver balls popped off. It was not pulled hard at all and it popped off. Not satisfied at all!

I have made several purchases from Ottasilver and have been consistently satisfied with each one. Both my wife and I still wear our previous purchases. My most recent purchase was different from my previous ones. I ordered the ring picture and was thrilled to have the option of engraving it. A year ago, I lost an initial ring, which deeply saddened me. I was excited to receive an exact replica of my old ring, but I was disappointed to discover that the engraving was placed on the inside of the ring rather than on the face. Furthermore, I was unable to obtain a refund due to the engraving. I sincerely wish I had been aware that engravings are non-refundable.

I received my item fairly fast, but fake silver is readily apparent on a green finger stain after an hour of wearing. I was disappointed. Might be better off trying Hot Topic.

Do not BUY anything from this company! Purchase a bracelet for my husband, still under warranty. Worn few times, picked it up to wear it and the piece broke off. Wrote email and they telling me it was due to wearing it!! They will not fix. Customer service poor! Don't order!!!

I made a purchase 3 days ago, I pay through afirm and I was approved, I paid extra money to get it chipped faster and I was supposed to get it in 3 days, and today will be the 3 er day.. I haven’t received anything yet.. I only received a email stating that they received the purchase but I don’t know if they are getting ready to chipped it or anything else.. I tried to call them and the answering machine keep saying is not one available to answer me.. Placed on order, promised delivery not met over 2 weeks. Still no confirmation on delivery with an open despatch date. No committment to delivery or brand reputation. Good in marketing. Will never buy anything from this place ever
