I recently purchased 2 rings from ottasilver. Once received I opened box all nicely packaged but the rings themselves was not satisfied. The are small in size that was not a bother. The issue was the stones had flaws from cuts and were chipped. They offered to replace but didn’t not want to go through that and receive a similar product. I asked for a refund they sent me one. After sending it and waiting for it to be returned I looked and showed it had been delivered and left on porch hummmm made me wonder. I looked it up it’s just a small house in baton rouge LA. During the time I was waiting on rings I had placed another order special order on a necklace 428$ for a 30” engraved chain for a pendant I wanted to wear it with. In their description on site there is no info of thickness of chain after sending messages they kept saying to look on site I ordered it. Days later they sent me a email it was 0.09mm way to big and heavy for my use. I received it 2 days later looked at it tried and would not go through loop on pendant I asked for the return same day. They sent me return label today and was sent back. Now I’m wondering if I’m out 550$ after looking into the return address which they sent on return label

I accidentally ordered the wrong necklace, so I went to exchange it and they made it so easy. They didn’t even charge me the extra money that the product cost. And they have some great high quality pieces. I will absolutely be ordering from Ottasilver again. They are very nice and considerate people. I wish all the companies were like this, then we’d have no strife in the world!!

After issues with a lost package from Ottasilver, the manager contacted me via e-mail. Hope you're doing well. It seems that the products we sent to you have not been delivered. Regarding this, our customer representative talked to the authorized cargo company but could not get any results. Thank you for your feedback, thanks to you we learned that it was never delivered to you. We are shipping again now, please give us 1 week time, hope we can get it to you as soon as possible.
