i signed with them in June 25th,and i am starting to regret it, because until now June 29th, they are not FINISHED with my application! that means, they are not ready to buy bols from my Company, i saw good things about them on everywhere, but it doesn't look like, their customer service, the first call they always hang up, when they got no choice, they pick the phone, only to tell you that they Can't help you. over all very bad until now, i hope the things changes lets see.

Carlos, due to the sensitive nature of some of the information that is needed, sometimes delays can happen. We'll look into this and will reach out to you personally today or tomorrow.

The person who assisted me couldn't put me through to the team that handles my case, and now it's Friday; I haven't been paid, and in all likelihood, I won't get paid until Monday. I’ve hauled two loads and haven’t been paid for either of them; it’s disrespectful, considering they charge such high rates but take so long to pay.
Response from OTR SolutionsJun 15, 2026
Mr Milian - we're sorry about this experience. This load was flagged for further review, so is unable to be paid out until the case is closed. Your Account Manager will give you a call tomorrow morning to walk through this with you.
