The fuel card is ok at best …… should have a card with SECURITY CHP and be able to use card for other business purchases ( tolls, oil change, car wash etc, ) THIS SWIPE IS FOR THE GOOFIES And have the option for same day payment as does BASIC BLOCK, which I’m sure I’m moving to when this contract is up …… and not to mention the sign on factoring fee is only 2.5%

Too much fees charge , and the EFS card OTR has fees as well and bad service I requested increase limit and they never did. Also, they don’t take the payment automatically from the bank account. if you don’t factor invoices, you gotta do Zelle and that has fees as well.

Charging for every single service, on bolt to debit card I don’t even finish uploading invoices for the day and they just deposit it instead of me depositing when ready have a limit on fuel cards and doesn’t show you history of charged invoices

I appreciate working with OTR factoring, but one concern I have is being required to use the fuel card they provide in order to receive the factoring discount. The issue is that the fuel discounts are not very competitive, especially with the current fuel price inflation. When I discussed this with the team, I was informed that I must either use their fuel card to qualify for the factoring discount or lose the discount entirely. I find this policy restrictive, as it does not give fleet owners the flexibility to choose fuel cards that may offer better savings and benefits for their business operations.

***Updated 04/01/2026*** After a few reviews & phone calls OTR listened & made it as right as they could within their operating procedures & made it clear that moving forward they'd be more helpful l still signed an agreement on the word of a salesman but just make certain you read & understand things before you sign up. They're definitely big enough to factor you, just need to stay small enough to want too! ***Update 04/04/26**** Apparently Rate confirmations seeve no purpose. A company we've already factored with previously is now Apparently the hold up! We submitted an invoice yesterday, after cut off which is understandable however ive submitted the Rate "CONFIRMATION" twice why we're waiting on contact from the broker. Then l call in & get told thar there's no issue it just hasn't been processed yet. Is there anyone at this company that knows what is going on? Or that wants to do the job they're charging me for? If not the just release me please.

The app almost always has bugs. The Capital One Mastercard verification function has been messed up/broke for 4 weeks. Customer service is not helpful most times. They have been slow in paying invoices. I was not communicated with when the person who regularly processes my invoices was no longer at the company, which caused a delay in payments. Overall customer service is subpar. The only good/reliable department is the sales team. Please develop better, more fluid processes.

Very difficult to sign in to the OTR clutch account. Only allows for one SMS text double Factor authentication phone number. The alternative email option doesn't even work... Also the OTR clutch menu system has numerous errors and omissions... I have provided verbal feedback to personnel at OTR via several phone calls... ~ Henry Groot ~
