OTR has a team that handles our account to process invoices. Our team responds quickly and accurately. If a problem arises, they notify me immediately as to the status of. They are business- like, friendly and always helpful. We appreciate them tremendously.

Charging for every single service
Charging for every single service, on bolt to debit card I don’t even finish uploading invoices for the day and they just deposit it instead of me depositing when ready have a limit on fuel cards and doesn’t show you history of charged invoices

Cesar - the core services carriers use day to day are included in our standard factoring rate. We also offer optional capabilities for carriers who need them, and some of those come with additional fees. We’ve built it that way to provide more choices without adding the cost of every feature into the standard rate for everyone.

This company will lie to get you signed up, don't believe what they say when things go left they will ignore you. You will have to threaten them with a bad review & report them to the Secretary of State. They are liars, don't trust them

Jose assisted me with a technology…
Jose assisted me with a technology problem, and his customer service is outstanding. Through 4 different calls, he helped me figure out what the problem was. He has told me he is the most patient man on earth, to help me, a technology-challenged person. Without hesitation I would recommend all of their services to you.
