Just bought an LLC that unfortunately already had a contract with OTR. After contacting them about getting the change of ownership processed so we can get things moving, I am in LIMBO waiting on a contact from there 'retention team'. I have no way to contact them. The contact I have cannot reach out to them. So, I am stuck not able to make any runs while I wait on some bureaucratic paper pushing. In the meantime, I sit hemorrhaging money. Time will tell if this gets any better, but based on my experience so far, I don't see that happening.

Not only do I love OTR, but Cole Sullivan is the man! Above and beyond 100 percent of the time. Thank you Cole!

OTR Solution has been extremely disappointing. Their advertised pricing looks reasonable at first, but once you’re locked in, they hit you with a hidden “internal fee” that they never clearly explain. On top of that, their rates are noticeably higher than other factoring companies I’ve worked with. The lack of transparency feels intentional, and the extra charges add up fast. I wouldn’t recommend OTR Solution to any carrier or owner-operator looking for honest, straightforward service. i called customer service and even left a message and no reply

I woke up to my truck shutting off with the red engine light. I called tech support and Adrian talked me through the steps to get the codes cleared. After doing a forced regen the soot level issue cleared up. Adrian was patient and very knowledgeable.Great asset to OTR I’m opinion. Saved me a call for road service. I will be using the tool to monitor my soot level until I get home.My apu was fixed the same the I had this issue so that will help too! Thanks again Otr and Adrian.

The app give error messages from time to time and the cut off period is too early in a day.
