Literally no arch or ball of foot…
Literally no arch or ball of foot support. The soles are hard plastic. Terrible shoes for anyone that is on thier feet all day.

BEWARE!!
BEWARE!!! I ordered 2 pairs. You would be better off getting a $20 pair of shoes from Walmart. After one hour, my feet were killing me. Tried to get my money back. Gave me a big sad story. They do not return your money. I was once offered 25% back. After I agreed to this small amount. Then story changed and wouldn't give me my money back. This is a huge fraudulent company operating from China. The shoe was the worst I ever had. Doesn't look anything like the picture!!!

I would not highly recommend purchasing…
I would not highly recommend purchasing anything from Orthora footwear. Horrific return experience. Do not purchase anything from here. I bought three pairs they were too big and they made me pay $15 times three pairs for shipping a total of $45.14 to get them replaced after at least 20 emails back-and-forth horrible customer service policy for returns. My new pairs are on the way, but as I look at my order, it looks like they are not even sending the correct colors Do yourself a favor and save on stress and order your new shoes anywhere else but here. Would give this company a zero if I…
Would give this company a zero if I could. Beware you have to return your shoes to Hong kong. Cost more to return them then you paid for them. Don't buy them!

What a hassle
Ordered my usual size, and the sneakers were comfortable but way too big that it fit like a slipper. Customer service was a hassle to deal with, making it hard to return and they kept coming up with excuses and offering coupon vouchers instead for another item. I'm now left with two sneakers that do not fit and no refunds. I'm not happy with this store and do not recommend purchasing from here.

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN! So think twice before you order. The 45day return policy advertised on their website is a lie. I received my shoes 3 weeks after ordering, it was a lot bigger than other brands same size, and no arch support as mentioned on the website for plantar fasciitis. Not to mention the cheap plastic smell as other reviewer brought up. I contacted the support team right away, back and forth with email exchanges, finally I agreed to accept a 50% refund they offered, without having to ship back the shoes (they insisted shipping back to a China address with a tracking number at consumer’s cost). BUT NO REFUND HAPPENED. After further following up, I received emails about not able to honer the 50% refund. Sorry about your disappointment is all I get. 0% refund. Yeah, it really should be a 0 star on my rating, as I just wasted 60 bucks on a pair of shoes I won’t be able to use at all.
